It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Joseph Haas (Fort Morgan, Colorado), born in Hays, Kansas, who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haas and Beatrice Haas (Pelzel); his wife Patricia Haas; his daughter Jackie Haas; his brothers, Alfred Haas and Buddy Haas; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Wasinger and Leroy Orth.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Price (Michael) of Sterling, VA, Rob Haas (Joyce) and Francie Young (Todd) of Wiggins; his siblings, Jim Haas (Susan) of Overland Park, KS, Corrine Glaves of Wichita, KS, Jeanette Orth of Hays, KS and Elaine Wasinger of Laramie, WY.; his sister-in-law Mary Haas of Fort Collins; and his grandchildren, Katelynn, Mason, Carson, Kendra and Autumn.
