He is survived by: his father Charles Toepfer; his wife Virginia Toepfer of Fort Morgan; his son Terry Foos (Sheila) of Greeley; his son-in-law Ward Waite of Elizabeth; his siblings, Leroy Toepfer (Billie) of Greeley and Doris Parachini of Fort Morgan; his grandsons, Sean Rocha of Denver, Brandon Waite (Karen) of Elizabeth, Joshua Foos of Greeley and Zachary Foos (Tiffany) of Greeley; his daughter Theresa Waite; and his brothers, Dale Toepfer and Bill Toepfer.
