He was predeceased by: his parents, Lew Forsythe and Alice Forsythe (Pewry); and his brothers, Dave Bopp (Diane) of Greeley, Vicki Arguello (Ken) of Fishers and Mike Bopp (Connie) of Eaton.
He is survived by: his child Elaine Forsythe of Fort Morgan; and his stepchildren, Bonnie King (Kevin) of Queen City, Missouri and Theresa Lancaster (Russell) of Glenwood. He is also survived by four sisters; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
