He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Taylor and Alta Taylor (Goodwine); his wife Shirley Taylor; and his siblings, Don Taylor and Bonnie Lou Johnson.

He is survived by: his children, Shelly Rosacker (George) of Casper, WY, Mark Taylor of Fort Morgan and Scott Taylor (Debbie) of Fort Collins; his brother Everett "Butch" Taylor (Margaret) of Solana Beach, CA.; his grandchildren, Amy Pollard (Michael), Erin Scott (Nate), Christen Saunders (Chris) and Bryan Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Devin Pollard, Abbye Pollard, Hailey Scott and Jocelyn Scott.
