She was predeceased by: her parents, George DuBois and Belle DuBois (Hughes); her husband Glen Carlock; her siblings, Billy, Wanda Greenwald and Marjorie Stockham; her sister-in-law Nancy DuBois; her sons-in-law, Fred Hope and Norman Garland; and her grandsons, Hal and Fred Meek.
She is survived by: her children, Rod Washburn (Dana), Kieth Washburn (Marcia) of Ft. Morgan and Glenda Wagner of Oklahoma; her brothers, Bob Dubois and Jim (Sherry); her stepdaughters, Evelyn Hope of Greeley and Elizabeth Garland of Walsenburg; and her grandchildren, Brian, Phil (Amie), Nate, John (Crystal), Josiah (Mallory), Tim Washburn (Sarah), Shelly Berhost (Bill), Jenna Christofferson (Kenny), Mike (Cathy), Craig Hope (Barbara), Mary Riddle (Johnny), Kevin Meek (Nivea) and Sherry Meek Smith. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, and many nephews, and nieces.
