He was predeceased by: his father Steven Gregory; his grandparents, Joe, Euna Bailey and Kenneth Gregory; and his stepgrandparents, Iona Gregory and Leonard Smalley.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Gregory (Bailey) of Fort Morgan; and his grandmother Delores Smalley of Scottsbluff, Neb. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be given in Patrick's name in care of the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan.
