He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Price and Josephine Price (Anderson); his son Rick Price (Alicia Price); his grandchildren, Cade Brown and Cheyenne Boyd; and his wife Alicia.
He is survived by: his brother Tim Price (Cindy) of Ft. Morgan; and his children, Randy Price (Stephanie) of Ft. Collins, Teri Boyd (Duke) of Moody, TX and Crystal Baker (Dan) of Wellington, CO. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
