He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Green; his daughters, Tamara Green, Annette Ruch (Dale) and Jennifer Dixon (Mark); his grandchildren, Alyse Infante, Kayla Infante (Alex), Leslie Wulf (Colton), Justin Paxton (Haley) and David Dixon; his great grandchildren, Leo Infante and Camilla Pomales; and his sister Karen Cummings (Bob).
