She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Yocam and Ella Mae Yocam (Collins); her husband Ralph Banta; and her brothers, Max Yocam and Gary Yocam.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Rae (Kevin Mowder) and Pamela Lyn (Jim Clayton); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Gregg Quinlin), Jessica (Tony Becker), John Clayton and Jacob Clayton; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, McKinley Quinlin and Jack Becker; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Yocam, Jennie Yocam and Diane Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
