He is survived by: his siblings, Lucille Kembel and Jess Groves Jr; his sister-in-law Alyce; his nephews, Gary Allen Groves, Rich Ferguson, Andy Kembel and Timothy Kembel; his niece Joy Groves; his significant other Margie Webb; his friends, Scott Gibson and Judy Gibson; his nieces and nephews, Penny Mount (Mike), Deb Ferguson, Dawn Gerken (Andy), Jeff Kembel (Kathy), Brian Kembel (Kolleen), Brad Kembel (Trish), Pat Groves and Mike Groves (Erika); and also Kenny. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many great-great nieces and nephews.
