He was predeceased by: his mother Janice. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Scott; his daughters, Piper and Skylar; his father Dale Scott; and his siblings, Wade Scott (Gerri) and Mahli Lowder (Sam). He is also survived by his family and friends.
