She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Miller; her husbands, Kenneth Blake and Delbert Henry; her sisters, Maxine Crane and Sue Miller; her great grandchild Natalie Grace Miller; and her nieces, Debbie Taylor, Sandy Pastula and Leona Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Blake (Ginger) of Fort Morgan, Colorado, Dale Blake (Kathy) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Rocky Blake (Wendy) of Wiggins, Colorado and Darnell Blake of Fort Morgan, Colorado; and her siblings, Dorothy Taylor of Tucson, Darlinda Sutton of Fort Morgan, Colorado, Roy McGee of Denver and Mike Miller of Fort Morgan, Colorado. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
