He is survived by: his wife Maralyn Page of Fort Morgan; his children, Jerry Page Jr. of Lakewood, Sharleen Ralph of Westminster, Jeri Lynn Brix of Mount Vernon, WA, Mark Page of Brewster, KS, Diane Nolan-Fadem of Palm Springs, CA, Bryan Parkhill of Elizabeth and Debra Parkhill of Fort Morgan; and his sister Carolyn McNally of Columbia, MO.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
