He is survived by: his children, James Gutierrez (Regina) of Greeley, Joselin Gutierrez (Sheile) of Brighton, Jesus Gutierrez (Angie) of Fort Morgan, Maria Lupe Gutierrez (Raymond) of Greeley, Maria Teresa Gutierrez of Greeley, Maria Lisa Gutierrez (Gabino) of Greeley and Javier Gutierrez (Michelle); and his siblings, Joselin of Texas, Americo of Texas, Jose of Texas, Manuel of Texas, Anita of Texas, Melva of Texas and Rosa of Texas. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
