He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Griffith and Eva Griffith; his wife Karenjo Yearous; his stepfather Merle Bentley; and his siblings, Delbert, JoAnn Graff, Janice Meininger and Margaret Godo.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Roberts (Ronald), Christina Leis (Larry), Sonya Bass (John), Tracy Padilla (Jeff), Patience Samples (Doug), Stephanie McCormack, Virgil Griffith (Heidi), Chad Griffith and Steve Griffith (Shelly).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel (225 E Platte Ave, Fort Morgan, CO 80701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (225 W Bijou Ave, Fort Morgan, CO 80701).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Christian Church, Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center & Brush High School FFA chapter.
