It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Ogden of Fort Morgan, Colorado, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Conrad and Abigail "Alene" Ogden (Hart); his brother Conrad; and his sister-in-law Carol. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ogden (Kuehn) of Akron; his sons, Floyd Ogden (Jeanne), Lyrah, Jaith, Delon, Rowan, Elyanna of Sidney, NE and Douglas Ogden; his brothers, Bill Ogden of Denver and Sam Ogden of Colorado Springs; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Ogden of Littleton, George Kuehn (DeAnn) of Omaha, NE and Keith Kuehn (Angie) of Terrell, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.

Donations can be made in Oggie's honor to the Akron Library or the Akron City Park.
