He was predeceased by: his parents, DeAlpha Campbell (Turvey) and Gene M. Campbell Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Janis Westerberg; his children, Jerilyn Campbell of Fort Morgan, Seth Campbell of Greeley and Levi Campbell (Erynn) of Littleton; his grandchildren, Brady and Lyla; and his sister Amber (Kraig) of Craig, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their spouses and children.
