He is survived by: his children, Larry Rodriquez (Patricia) of Fort Morgan, Rosa M. Gonzales of Brush, Lupita Gonazales Layva of Denver and Veronica Gonzales Bencomo (Alvaro) of Nebraska; and his sister Minerva Martinez (Henry) of Uralde.
