He was predeceased by: his parents, Federico Romero and Mary Romero (Lujan). He is survived by: his former wife Olivia Cordova; his wife Libby Romero of Fort Morgan; his sons, Fred Romero, David Romero (Stacy), Michael Romero (Ashley), Nathaniel Romero (Alisa), Joe Padilla (Darcy), Lorenzo Sepulveda and Eric Sepulveda (Melissa); and his siblings, Mary "Mable" Torrez, Andy Romero, Rick Romero and Richard Brooks.
