As Olga departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Olga may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Olga leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Macias and Lorenza Perez; and her grandson Jimmy "Gordo" Gonzales. She is survived by: her husband Rafael M. Gonzalez; and her children, Rafael Gonzalez Jr. (Gloribella), Margarita Silva (Lino), Jimmy Gonzalez (Renee), Olga Lyda Marinelarena (Francisco), Maria E. Rivera (Victor), Antonio Gonzalez (Angela) and Minerva Ortiz (Jesus). She is also survived by her 29 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren.
