He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Berger and Barbara Berger (Hochnadel); his brothers, John and Leo; his sister-in-law Ruby; his sister Ann; his brother-in-law Jack Markley; his nephew Jim Berger; his parents-in-law, Ed and Agnes Goetz; his siblings-in-law, Dennis, Gerald (Butch) and Phyllis; and his nephew Rodney.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Goetz; his children, Michael (Marilyn) and Melissa Torbet (Bob); his grandchildren, Jack Torbet (Little Jack) and Madison Casados (Angel Garcia); his great grandchildren, Armando and Giovanni; his nieces and nephews, Barb, Pat, Lori, Susan, Scott, Mark, David, Bob, Cathy, Tricia, Jeff, Lisa, Jessica, Jacob, Alivia and Steven; and his siblings-in-law, Tom, Steven (Tracy), Sharon and Jody (Eduardo).
