She was predeceased by: her parents, William Betlach and Helen Betlach (Kreutzer); and her siblings, William, Connie, Twila and Ruth.
She is survived by: her husband Ken; her daughter Kendra; her son-in-law Peter Johnson; her granddaughters, Mia and Leila; and her sister Juanita Simonds of Grand Island, NE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
