Ward IV (Billy) and Bonnie; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jacob Ward, Andrew, Zoey Benham, Tyler, Tommy Ward and Matthew Glass; his wife Donna; his children, Billy, Lisa (Brereton), Benjamin, Jacob, Jeff Benham (Fort Collins), Andrew, Zoey (Sam Kendall), Scott Ward (Las Vegas), Tyler, Tommy, Kevin Ward (Fort Collins) and Matthew Glass; his nieces, Kim Simshauser (Wayne) and Jennifer Ward; his nephew Ty Ward; and also Bonnie. He is also survived by his children, their spouses.
