He is survived by: his children, Kevin Hines (Emily) of Avon, IN, Kim Sullivan (Tim) of Fort Collins, CO and Kirk Hines (Shelly) of Washington, IL.; and his grandchildren, Mike Hines (Alyssa), Joshua Hines (Maria), Kurt Heller (Alexis), Scott Heller (Sarah), Tom Chagolla, Eric Hines (Jacqueline), Craig Hines (Purba) and Julie Hess (Luke). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, one sister-in-law and many cousins, nephews and loving friends.
