He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. McBride and Fern Kurth McBride. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Cook; his son Bill (Tami); his grandchildren, Maggie and Wil; his daughter Diana Green (David); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Kathleen. He is also survived by other cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous colleagues, friends.
His contributions to his work and family will be remembered forever.
