We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2021, at the age of 87, Virginia Clara Dugal of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smigelski and Clara Smigelski; her husband Peter Dugal; and her siblings, Delores, Gloria, Eugene and Alvin.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Dugal of Cadott, Dan Dugal (Amanda Finch) of Fort Collins and Holly Dugal of Minneapolis; and her grandson Michael Finch-Dugal.
