She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence "Doc" Sullivan and Magdalena "Madge" Sullivan; her brothers, Joseph, Patrick and Michael Sullivan; and her sister-in-law Karen Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Hines (Stephanie Chenard) of Alameda, CA and Katie Hines (Vince Naccarati) of Fort Collins, CO; her grandson Desmond Hines of Alameda, CA; her sister Madge Sullivan of Freeport, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Peg Phillips of Des Moines, IA and Bette Jo Sullivan of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
