He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fagan and Irmel Fagan; and his siblings, Bobby and Shelagh. He is survived by: his wife Laura Welsh; his daughters, Caitlin Jones (Josh) and Donnica Fagan-D'Arcey (Ben); his grandchildren, Blaine and Elora D'Arcey; and his siblings, Bridget (Bill), Shannon (Rico), Ginger (Jim) and Fred (Jackie). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
