He is survived by: his wife Sharon Parks; his sons, Scott Parks (Nicki) and Randy Parks (Allison); his grandchildren, Christina Riggs (Thomas), Nathan, Eric, Shannon and Lauren; his brother Phil Parks (Barbara); and his stepsiblings, William Bryant, Patricia Franzen and Barbara Howell. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
