He is survived by: his wife Rita Pollan Smith; his children, Christina Smith and Christopher Smith; his daughter-in-law Joni; his stepchildren, Sarah Fisher and Kevin Holmes; his grandchildren, Zachary Poh, Spencer Poh, Allison Poh, Megan Smith, Strider Smith, Victoria Smith, Taylor Fisher and Wilson Fisher; and also, Aubrey Hall, Natalie Long and Keaton Long.
