Though Phillip David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Leigh Creighton; his children, Natalie Stewart and David Creighton; and his siblings, Douglas Creighton and Sally Huruska. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
