She is survived by: her children, George Chabot (Debby), Michelle Moore (Jim), Nancy Martin, Cindy Lee (Brian) and Kimberly Donaldson (John); her siblings, Norma Urrichio and Harry Smith; her grandchildren, Scott Cyrankowski (Danielle), Jennifer Moore (Lee), Eric Lee, Kerri, Kelsey Martin, Hunter, Haley Donaldson, Alexandra and Spencer Chabot; and her great grandchildren, Sabrina, Caden, Zachary and Ava. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
