She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wilkins and Della Wilkins (Huskey); and her siblings, Gaye and Butch. She is survived by: her brother James; her sons, Todd, Rodd and Blake; her grandchildren, Nathan, Alex, Madalyn, Kayla, Benjamin, Jaron, Silas and Micah; her husband Wayne; and her brother Steve.
In her last year's Barbara was suffering from the effects of Alzheimer's disease, stroke, heart disease and other ailments, and since 2020 had resided exclusively in assisted living facilities.
