She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond McGowan and Florence LaForce McGowan; her husband George W. Cook; and her sons, George and Gary.
She is survived by: her children, Patty of Colorado, Carol (Greg) of Texas, Brian (Eve) of South Carolina, David of Montana and Roger of New York. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
