He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Kintzley and Marie Kintzley; and his brother Pat. He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Dee); and his children, Mark II (Joy), Steve (Cynthia), Cathy, Courtney (Nick), Alissa (Ryan), Kari and Jack (Kaylee). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
