She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Marquez and Emma Garcia Marquez; and her brother Richard Marcus. She is survived by: her husband Mike Daugaard; her children, Nicole Schmidt and Soren Daugaard; and her sister Dolores Edwards of Daytona, Florida..
