He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Smith and Anna Smith; his wife Marcia A. Parteli; his children, Raymond Smith (Julie) of Pacific City, OR, Roxana Phelps (Gordon) of Walsenburg, CO and Robin Smith (Vicki) of Estes Park, CO.; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Bellus, Lauren Levy, Ryan Phelps, Robyn Phelps, Rachel Simpson, Britni Smith and Bart Smith. He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
