She is survived by: her parents, Marilyn Kovalsky and Matthew Kovalsky; her children, Madison Johnson and Carlito Johnson; her siblings, Matthew Kovalsky and Shannon Tompkins (Lisa Kovalsky); her nieces and nephews, Asyra, Myah, Layla, Rainney, Justin, Nigel and Dismas; and her pet Bane. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
