It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Samora Jr. (Fort Collins, Colorado), born in Slaton, Texas, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Samora and Carmen Samora (Quinonez). He is survived by: his daughter Paige Samora; his granddaughter Mila Samora; his former wife Pam McCaffery; his sister JoAnn Castro (Rudy Castro) of Gilcrest, Colorado.; his nieces and nephews, Isreal Castro of Gilcrest, CO, Jonathan Castro (Tammy) of Jacksonville, FL., Krystal Castro (Juve) of Evans, CO and Tina Castro of Gilcrest, CO.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua, Kayla, Joseph, Julianna, Justina and Isreal Jr. Castro of Greely, CO.; and his uncle Joe-Joe. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
