With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Dokoupil (Fort Collins, Colorado), who passed away on January 30, 2022 at the age of 15. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jan, Jean Dokoupil, David and April Manifold; and his uncle David Manifold.
He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Dokoupil and Julie Dokoupil; his great-aunt Terry; his great-uncle Bob Weir; his aunts and uncles, Mathew, Cathy Dokoupil, Stephen Dokoupil, Rick and Susan Gould; and his cousins, Nicole Dokoupil, Lindsay, Keegan Pfeiffer, Bill Carter, Cathy Hazel, Rob, Rachel Korb, Maddox and Madison Korb.
Memorial contributions can be made in his name to Children's Hospital in Denver or Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins.
