He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Rutledge and Cora Rutledge; and his sister Norma Jean Hoff. He is survived by: his wife Carole Lerud; his children, Tamara Stevens (Cory), Lisa Gallegos (Mark), Kristin Lewis (Scott) and Brian Rutledge (Abigail); his grandchildren, Jack, Alex Stevens, Tyler, Taia Gallegos, Owen, Katie Lewis and Elora Rutledge; and his brother Larry Rutledge (Carolyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Pathways of Northern Colorado, St. Jude's Research Hospital, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of the Rocky Mountains.
