It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Kay Palmquist (Fort Collins, Colorado), who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Palmquist and Doris Palmquist (Davis); her sister Marcia Ronnebaum; and her daughter Nicole Renee Foster (Nikki). She is survived by: her son Daniel Foster (Sandy); her granddaughter Mila Nicole Foster; her siblings, Gary Palmquist (Debra), Rick Palmquist (Jolene), Craig Palmquist and Sue Potter; her brother-in-law Tim Ronnebaum; and her pet Alibi.
