He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hewitt; his children, Donna Lewis (Bob), Sherrye Merriman (Steve) and Steven Forrest; his grandchildren, Diana Merriman, Jon Lewis (Caitlin), Trisha Corso (Phil), Chris Lewis (Georgina), Joel Lewis, Andy Lewis (Kara), Sarah Klich (Eric) and Jerilyn Evans; his great grandchildren, Adriana Lopez, Easton Kaiser (Klich), Luca Corso, Carter Klich and Tommy Corso; his great great grandchild Brayden Till; and his brother David Jerome Forrest (Betty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
