He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isaac Decker and Susie Decker (Ratzlaff); his wife Frances; his daughters, Judy Steward (Bob Steward) and Pam Geist (Steve Geist); and also Florissant. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
When the Covid-19 struck, he told us that it reminds him when World War II was ending in 1945.
