He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holter and Alice Holter; and his siblings, Faye, Ethel, Hank, Howard, Johnny and Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Bradley Holter (Rhonda), Vandi Deines (Burt) and Sandra Holter; his grandchildren, Brittany (Tyler), Lindsay (Levi), Brandon, Abigail and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Marshall, Wyatt, Bryndle, Georgia and Brook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
