He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Blake; his wife Joanne; his parent Ettie Blake; and his sister Barbara Hubble. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Tiller (Dale) of Lee's Summit and Linda Collins (Jamie) of Goose Creek; and his grandchildren, Angela Burleigh (Brian) of Orlando, FL, Dr. Joanna Lewis (Andrew) of Jacksonville, FL, Joshua Nelson (Melissa) of Summerville, SC, Mark Simmons, Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Matthew Simmons (Karla) of Queen City and Caleb Nelson (Jennifer) of North Charleston, SC. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Broomfield Community Church, 255 Miramonte Blvd., Broomfield, CO 80020, which had a dedicated ministry to Francis in the last year of his life.
