She was predeceased by: her spouse Teddy Lewis Kellums; and her sons, Teddy and Bernard. She is survived by: her son Greg Kellums of Colorado Springs, CO.; her daughter-in-law Dixie Kellums of Derby, KS.; her grandchildren, Kelly Welch (Todd) and Chad Kellums (Carmen) of Conroe, TX.; her great grandchildren, Brady Welch and Brenna Welch of Derby, KS.; and her friend Rhonda Baird.
