She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Wallace Deitrick and Ellen Fairbanks Deitrick; and her brother Rex Cliff Deitrick. She is survived by: her former husband Howard Chris Yurk; her children, Kristin Dawn, Kyle David and Ian Daniel; and her spouse Cynda Deitrick (Broadhead). She is also survived by her husband, three children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren.
