He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Duster and Anna Hurtubis (Miller); and his daughter Cyndi Hurtubis Jorgensen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hurtubis of Fort Collins, CO; and his children, Dr. Elle Ross (Greg Sahlen) of Scottsdale, AZ and Edward Michael Hurtubis of Fort Collins, Colorado..
