He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his children, Rita and Michael; his children-in-law, Brandy and Jim; his granddaughters, Jessica and Rebecca; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Kadence.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pathways Hospice who were priceless the last year.
